Software optimization oddity I found...

Hello all. Gygabyte 1080ti here, mining with only one card.
After having spent some considerable time and basically trying everything I could to try to find the cause of the difference in performance between an old win 7 install and a recent one (something that might end up being usefull knowledge I guess, at least for me :)) I need some suggestions.Story goes more or less like this:
I recently did a complete reinstall of windows 7 and after going through all updates found out that the mining performance was about 30 (with some slight variation) less than with the other install (which I still have on another HDD). I'm using ccMiner release 8.06(KlausT-mod). I did another test with a good old GTX680 and had similar results, except here the difference was much smaller, obviously, but still consistent. I have reinstalled the gfx card drivers between both installs, including using a tool to clean drivers, reinstalled the motherboard drivers etc. to no avail. I also found out that if I made a clone of the first win 7 install I had the same results as the original install.
Another think, I took care to use the same VC C++ redistributable on both installs. Thanks
John

@JiA What does mining performance was 30 mean?

Seems like it's not possible to edit posts...
I meant 30Kh/s less, sorry about that.
Average performance for my card is around 2893MH/s, with the new install I'm at around 2870.
It's a small margin but very consistent nevertheless!THanks

@JiA I'd say that small of a difference is irrelevant. Probably talking a difference in $0.001 a month.

I guess, still would be interesting to know what's causing it..
