How works allowance

Hello,

I tried to run sia since some weeks, it's not a clic and play software ;)
and I never used crypto currency before.

But now i have some question about allowance.

When do i pai the fees ? Every 6 weeks ? or just at the first creation ?
Is it possible to change the size of a allowance after the creation (change the size from 500go to 1To)
If a create a 1 To allowance and i use 1Go, i will be charge for 1 To or 1 Go ?
The price in SC will change with time ?
The bandwidth price is ever the same ?

@Remy It will deduct allowance fees as they are used. Hoster sets bandwidth price and SC/tb prices.
