Siacoin not appearing in wallet

I sent 1 SC to my siacoin wallet to test. Transaction shows it is confirmed, but the top section doesn't show a Confirmed Balance.
I also ran the command to check wallet balance and it shows this:

wallet status:
Encrypted, Unlocked
Confirmed Balance: 0 H
Unconfirmed Delta: +0 H
Exact: 0 H
Siafunds: 0 SF
Siafund Claims: 0H

I have tried deleting the whole blockchain and downloading it again, it still shows confirmed balance at zero.

Really? This transaction was confirmed on June 23rd.
Sia explorer also shows value exists in wallet address.
