just got a payment in nanopool, but it was still Pending, when I click the pending status it say's"Sia Hash Explorer

thanksUPDATE:
now my payment return to my balance.- about Sia-Ui client, when I click receive siacoin a new address was created. how about the first address that I make? where can i find it?

Your sia doesn't need to be online to receive the payment.
And the block explorer sometimes has a hiccup. Check again a bit later.

I meet the some problem , my hash is : 3338d1bd3415dcf0836faea0ac73be2715b2d7342fde3d066808a0a5821e7b24
it has never shown on the blockchain been two hours....

explore.sia.tech have a lot errors on backend and doesnt provide hash info even if it exists. Not always, but often enough.
