i withdrew 1,990 + 5,990 siacoins from poloniex and i got complete
but when i check explorer i find that the transction has been spent no
am so worry and i'm afraid i lose my coins

"Has been spent: no" means you have not spent them yet.
Is your local sia client fully synced (and your pc clock is correct)?

clock problem make sure ur time is correct
