Malwarebytes blocking outbound connections on sync process

So i have malwarebytes and when i load sia-ui malwarebytes starts to block a bunch of outbound traffic to some pretty suspicious web addresses such as
Cardinal.chickenkiller.com:62170
wliment.f3322.net:62192
palazu2182.go.ro:62315
nlm.duckdns.org:62357
yuanyues.3322.org:49280am i being paranoid?

upon further review i checked those sites reputation score and they do show safe however I was able to sync even with those sites blocked.

It's outbound data, sent from a service you (essentially) trust. Just checking a few of these it seems like they are just dynamic dns services people use.
Considering the entire Sia Network is built on IP's, people do use dynanimc DNS servers to keep their hosts up when they use a static IP.
