Hash not Found in Database - no received Siacoins

Good day dear Sia-Tech-Team,

I started dual mining with claymore and received no transactions.
My balance is actual 2,974 SIA. I took an adress from Sia-UI on "wallet" -> "receive Siacoin" and put it like the ethereum mining into the start.bat. I had never such an issue with ETH. When I check the Hash it says: "Hash not Found in Database". Where on Sia-UI i can find the last wallet adresses?

EDIT: I found my wallet adresses (on Sia-UI "Terminal" typing in "wallet adresses".
I compared the wallet adresses in Sia-UI and sia.nanopool.org and there are right.
Actual balance is now 3447 SIA and still no payment.

EDIT2: If I click the “Receive Siacoin” button before the syncronisation is done, could that create a wrong siacoin adress which does not work?

EDIT3: I got my transaction after 3 days. didn´t do anything additional. all good.

No, addresses are tied to your wallet. Your wallet doesn't need to be online (or fully synced) to receive transactions to those addresses.

However the transactions will not show in the Sia-UI until until you are synced to the block that included those transactions.
