How to restore a wallet with seed words? help me please

Sia ui 1.2.2
Linux64 system, wants to recover the coin from the wallet.
I have an old seed.
I created a new wallet and at the terminal I typed wallet load seed and current password and seed of old wallet and shows an error

When I use the recover seed option and give an old seed it writes a recovering seed, scanning the blockchain, and is eror

Experience the same issue (socket hang up) when trying to restore wallet from seed.
OS: Linux logic-debian 4.9.0-3-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.30-2+deb9u2 (2017-06-26) x86_64 GNU/Linux

I'm in the same situation but trying to load seed ends up in this:
wallet load seed socket hang up

1.3 is out.
Start with that. I'm not sure if you can copy the consensus file from 1.2 to 1.3. However for restoring you seed, you don't need your consensus fully loaded.
