Wallet Transactions

Hello,
I have tried twice to send 100SC from poloniex to sia wallet. On poloniex it says this has been confirmed and withdrawn. But the coins are not coming through to the wallet. Am I using the wrong wallet address? I have created a new address both times to try this. The first time I did this was on the 15/4. Any one have any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks
