My sia withdraw from poloniex is missing

I withdrawed 9886 Sia coin from Poloniex to Bittrex. Its status is complete in poloniex. But i get nothing in My bittrex. I tried to check in sia hash explore, i found my TXid's status "has been spent". Please help me, how to solve this case. I am losing my thousands coins. @bryan

I'm guessing it relates to the "Wallet Offline - Routine Maintenance" message on Bittrex.

@boscoro you'll need to submit a support ticket with polo. Maybe they're still having problems.
