Why not allow ability to host for free / rent for free... for now

Why not allow the ability for users (for now) to host stuff or rent space for free if they want to. so if you put up 1GB for free, you can rent 1GB for free from another user who is also broadcasting free storage.

i would like to be able to set myself up to host 1 GB for free, and then i would like to be able to rent 1GB space from someone else, for the sole purpose of playing around with the program.

other online services have free accounts with their production ready stuff. Sia only has paid accounts with its service in beta basically.

Couple other things i want to mention:

1. I cannot find any videos on youtube of someone actually showing the renting system and how they access files. the fact that Sia.tech does not have a video itself is really poor
2. i have mined off and on for a week and only have 93 Sia Coin with 0 paid out. i tried that faucet thing on sia pulse to see if it would give me enough to try and rent but i just get sent to a dead page.

@MarshMallowMan I think you can set your host to charge 1 sia. That's pretty close to free. Mining there is a minimum balance before it will send coins to your wallet.

I was running mine at 1 sc for collateral and cost per TB.

However the rating penalty for it was very steep. To the point I wasn't getting any contracts.
