Consider creating a UI option to change settings such as the ports being used

Hello,

I just wanted to share my feedback using sia ui. I think in order to make it more user friendly, having the terminal being necessary to make settings changes is a bad idea. It would be a lot easier to just make changing the settings as part of the UI.

In terms of the bigger picture, is SIA hiring a product manager or a ux/ui designer? I think having these roles on the team would really help sia gain traction. At this point, its way too complicated to gain mass adoption...
