Sia Wallet problems!!!

When I press "SIA-UI.exe" it pops up a small panel saying: "System error. The program can't start because node.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem". How and where can I find to reinstall node.dll? Or what else should I do in this situation?
