I have a question about siaminning. I mined until I have the first payment threshold 803 sc

"Has been spent no" Does this mean that the payment to my address siacoin (via siacoin ui) has not been done?
In how long siaminning send me my siacoin when the threshold of 800 is reached. (500 now) ?

If the TX is in the block explorer, the transaction is finished. SiaMining has paid you.
