we plan to launch a cryptocyrency for small money transfert
we planned to use this stack
https://cryptonotestarter.org/inner.html or maybe http://blockstrap.com/
would there be an advantage is using sia technology ?

Why not just use Dogecoin? It already has tiny fees and quick transfers.
You could use sia too, but the transaction fee is a little higher (10 SC), and it has 10 minute blocks which means secure transfers take at least half an hour.

Have you synced the blockchain? You aren't going to see any coins until you've downloaded all the blocks, same as any other cryptocurrency.
Most cryptocurrencies aren't very secure. If you want serious security I strongly recommend Bitcoin, as it's got the most review.
Are you planning on building your own blockchain from an existing codebase, or are you planning on building your app on top of an existing blockchain? It would be interesting to see an alternate codebase that was based off of the Sia codebase, and you could report/help with any bugs you discover.

no i am not going to build any apps on top of sia i just want to transfer coins

Then I would recommend Bitcoin :P
It is the most secure, most decentralized platform out there. Other platforms may have lower fees, but that comes at a pretty steep cost as far as decentralization and security go.
