Deleted the SIA folder by accident, re installed it and now its not loading

Hello.

Ive downloaded the SIA wallet for iMAC and its worked just fine, took some time to synchronise with the blockchain, otherwise everything was fine. Ive ended up deleting my download folder by accident. Ive re downloaded the folder from the web page and Im trying to open the wallet but its not getting past download, after much time the following message appears:

A critical error loading Sia has occured: Siad unexpectedly exited. Error log: Loading...
(0/6) Loading siad...
listen tcp (***********): bind: address already in use

I have the seed and PW.
I just need SIA to load so I can recover the wallet and transactions.

Help would be appreciated.
