Obelisk - Newbie question

Hey guys
I am pretty new to the world of crypto currency so forgive me if I am asking a stupid question. I want to setup my own sia mining rig with obelisk Asic, I was wondering would it be possible for someone with a limited knowledge to do it on his own at home or not. I know that it hasn't been released yet but I was searching online on how to make Asic mining rigs at home and there wasn't a whole lot of guides on it.

See if you can mine with your CPU or GPU. If you can get that working, then you should also be able to use Obelisk.

@damoon hay mate, im new to the mining gig too.
We're a bit late to the game but beter late then never, i think Sia's a good a coin to mine, just my opinion.
I have 2 1080ti's getting 3200 Mh/s on one and around 2800 Mh/s on the other becuse the PSU is smaller i had to reduce power and under clock to get stable.
Runing 1 card each on 2 PC's.
You could start mining now on the PC you have, just download the marlin miner, replace the exsiting address with your own and booooom off to the moon.Im hoping that Sia releases more info on the new ASICS chips preorders start in 5 days.
We really need more info.
