Host Tracking Tools on the Way?

Will there be any type of hosting tools presented in near future?
We have growing number of hosts and very few reliable tools for tracking our own metrics/ contracts. Sia Hub and Pulse (great ideas) but they are not giving accurate data for hosts.
Specifically pertaining to the areas below.*Tracking of individual host uptime (in real time)- the current hostdb -v does not scan most hosts IP address. Even if someone posted this file up so we could see it daily that would be great. until improvements are made would be great!
- Tracking contracts purchased from renters with details of expiration times (block height)
- Tracking of host collateral withdrawls (wallet shows withdrawals but a single file of these type of transactions would be great)
- Tracking of contracts acquired per day- currently UI has a delay on showing the correct number until a soft reset is made.
