Sia UI problems on Windows 7

Hi!

On first launches Sia-UI usally works. I even correctly synced to 100% of the blockchain last night.

But now, even after doing a new fresh install (ie deleting the Sia-UI folder and the Sia-UI folder in /AppData/Roaming), a problem persists: I'm stuck on loading screen (which becomes the "Loading can take a while after upgrading to a new version" screen)

And if I open a cmd as admin and launch said.exe, I get to see the error:

Seems I get an "access denied" ( ='Accès refusé') but I have authorized both sia exes into the windows firewall, ran everything as admin, and no antivirus is running.

@lcq92 Make sure you don't have an instance running already.

@bryan I checked, I had no siad.exe running, and no chrome.exe either (anyway I did this on clean reboot so it's not that)

@lcq92 If you're not hosting try deleting that host file. Try renaming the sia file maybe it will regrant the access.

@bryan Thanks. I tried that but it doesn't seem to work.

I deleted everything, re-extracted the sia-ui folder on a different disk, and it seems to open fine.
Until I close it, and replace the new consensus.db file with the full 5GB one I had saved separately yesterday after finishing the syncing.
When opening Sia, I get 20min of loading, and then the same error, this time in the SIA-UI window.

Is there a way to change the location of the Sia-UI folder that is created in /AppData/Roaming by default ?

@lcq92 I don't recall specifically if there is a way to change it. There is a config file you can check and see if you can edit the directory there.
