Sia UI just hangs at welcome screen

I got this strange problem:
Sia UI starts and synchs successfully. It shows Block height 110655. But the rest of the UI is not responsive, its all greyed out and showing "Welcome to Sia" . Any hints?
Win10 64.

First time I hear this. Did you reboot already?

Several times !
It worked two days ago, i unlocked my wallet but since then everytime I tried to run the UI it´s like this.

after deleting all the files and redownloading them it now works like a charm. (and after a complete new synch process, of course).
