    cant really copy it, as the seed is written down on paper. Ill try to download sia on another pc and put my old seed in, just need to wait for sync

    Something likely went wrong with the installation, make sure you follow the instructions from start to finish. Try on a clean system or VM instead of reinstalling the software. Reinstalling the SW doesn't help with Sia wallet problems!

    Strange! It means that it's trying to communicate with the local Sia SW but can't because that's not responding, i.e. something broke during the installation / startup of the software. It works for most of the people, so something must be different on your computer, or in front of your computer.

    Did you search Google for this error message to find out how others have solved the problem?

    @maol Yeah, tried everything google found. I made new wallet and tried to recover seed from it. When i put old seed in it says- error when calling/wallet/sweep/seed:word not found in dictionary for given language.

    What does that mean?

    @Eddiematic I've not seen that message, but it would indicate to me that you got at least one word of the seed wrong :-(

    @maol You are legend man. I checked your last link and although i was sure i wrote them all down correct, i still double checked with words in sia dictionary. Turns out somehow instead of YOYO i wrote down YOLO. Thank you so much!

    make sure you have typed in all the words.. same thing happened to me but then I realised I hadn´t copied one word..
