Critical Error

I’m sure this has been posted many times already but so far I’ve yet to fix the issue. I’ve been mining sia for a while now and I am approaching my payout minimum but I wanted to make sure my wallet was open. Well, my wallet won’t load.

I’ve tried loading said.exe via command prompt admin and such too. At this point I’m down to try almost anything.

@Hoot make sure you aren't running more than one instance.

@bryan I don’t believe I am. To make sure I restarted my computer and it still doesn’t load. I will try again now.

@Hoot are you using the UI?

@bryan Yes. I am using Sia UI that I got from the downloads page. Also, the reboot did not work. Still the same error.

@bryan I downloaded the UI from http://sia.tech/apps/. It is currently in a folder within a folder on my desktop.

@Hoot The only thing I've heard to fix it is fresh install of SIA. Make sure you do not lose your password.

@bryan if I 100% uninstall and delete all traces of the UI then reinstall, can I recover my wallet? I have my seed and password saved in a notepad.

This might work. I deleted everything and installed fresh. I am waiting on syncing to load the seed. Thank you very much Bryan!
