What ports does Sia use for hosting ?

What ports does Sia use for hosting? I am seeing "host unreachable", could be that I am not port forwarding. I have a 3-tier firewall setup at home.

9982 is the default port for hosting.
9981 is used too. I suspect 9981 is used to distribute the consensus, but it could be used for reachability like "You are alive if you distribute the consensus".
