Coins are spent for unknown reason from my wallet

Hello everybody !

I noticed that with my SC wallet coins is written off.

But it must be the contrariwise? I provided 200 GB for other users, it seems the funds should not be written off, but increase, right?

There were write-offs at this adresses

I'm going to assume this is translated from another language but it looks like perhaps this is the collateral?

At first I thought that seemed like an excessive amount of collateral but I guess those are foreign decimals.
