Installation Issue Win64

After download and unzip, i doubleclick Sia-UI.exe, I get Javascript error starting with "ENOENT:No such file or directory open '....\AppData\Roaming\Sia-UI\config.json'
Directory Sia-UI is indeed not existing in my AppData\Roaming folder, any ideas anybody?

@buppeke Make sure that you don't already have an instance running in your task bar or task manager.

Thanks for the hint. It is a fresh dowload, 1st installation. I tried with a 'Run as administrator' now and don't get the error anymore but program doesn't show anything except titlle bar...

@bryan I had the same issue, it basically tries to get the config from \AppData\Roaming\Sia-UI\config.json, can not find it, creates a default one and crashes. After this, the file exists, an issue is gone.
