@thiagobardini This is an ongoing problem with Polo. You need to submit a support ticket with them and wait. Nothing can be done by Sia.

@bryan i had 4700 Sia missing for 5 days and its returned to the exchange.
Im in Australia and use coinspot, this was there response.

Hi Andrew,

We are always adding more coins to our exchange, generally going off of popularity and community support.

If the coins have been returned to your wallet you are free to try the transaction again, as for it being fixed, its not an issue with coinspot, the delays are out of our control we just need to be patient and hope the transaction goes through, if it doesn't the coins will be returned and we can try again.

Love to hear your thoughts, could you get the devs to contact coinspot with a fix.
If its their problem.

@andyg my advice is to not try and move the coins until it's sorted out.
