Any Lite client or web wallet?

I couldn't seem to find any light client or web wallet. I know plenty of people including me holding themselves to own SIA due to lack of the light client.
What it takes to create one?

@pynetx currently it would take a developer brave enough to take responsibility for people's lost coins if something were to go wrong with a web wallet. I think looking at all the problems with Polo and others no one is jumping at the opportunity to run a free service like that where they could end up getting bombarded with people asking where their money is. I can do a web wallet but I'm terrified of the responsibility that would come with it.
