Wallet Locked

Just opened a sia account.

First time I tried to open my wallet my password does not work.

Receiving the message, Wallet Locked - error when calling/unlock provided encryption key is incorrect.

I would like to start over on my computer with another email address but I can't seem to remove the sia program that I have download.

The sia programs that I have downloaded into my files will not delete because there is a sia related program open - that I can't seem to locate.

Is there a way to start over? Could I remove sia from my files then re-install? - or is there a glitch

@thumos33 you may need to close the process from task manager. Then you should be able to delete. But you probably only need to delete the wallet folder in appdata.

I deleted the program from the task manager just as you said. - Honestly, didn't even know that existed.

I will soon attempt to re-install sia.iu with a new name & password.
