hash not found

transaction was made yesterday from poloniex to bittrex. Transaction completed by poloniex but hashrate is not fount, still waiting, opened a ticket.
Is there any other way to re-broadcast the transaction without polo support?

The only way for you to rebroadcast (redo) the transaction would be if you had the seed from plolniexs wallet.

So, no, there is no way. You must contact their support and wait for them to do it manually. Or just wait, but without opening a ticket, you could wait forever...

@reinisp thanks, already opened a ticket, and had a respond from polo that they are investigating and solve the issue as soon as possible. Hope it will not take too long

@danik07 Well they have probably thousands of angry customers right now and probably very little staff. I would assume exchanges need very little work to run when there are no problems.
