Siapulse host loading failed

Is there some problem on the http://siapulse.com/page/network ?
It is 3 days that it can't load host list.

I have this behavior for a long time, but i've noticed that it is not a general problem- it depends on the internet connection.
I am not sure what is behind that, siapulse is not working at my workplace, but works (at least the 6h and 24h) at home.
The main difference is- different internet providers.
One possibility I can imagine could be responsible is the DNS service (resolver). At home I use "comodo secure dns", at work the dns resolver is "company internal"...
siahub.info works in both places.
