Polo is having issues sending coins. It may take a very long time.

Just to clear things up. The team that manages the coin can't check your Polo account. They are two different entities. You would need to contact the Polo team for this. They have been known to "lose" peoples' coins though. I would advise switching to a different exchange if at all possible.
