I Lost Everything !!! All my coin has been lost !!!

I have request a withdraw 130000 sia coin from polo to bittrex !
and the transaction status is completed !!
but nothing arrived to bittrex wallet
i checked the Sia Explorer ! the transaction doesnt found in The Database of sia !!
0.8 Btc is stolen !!!!!!
Please Help meeee !! What can i do !! !?

i dont think its lost the block is not updated this happened to me as well I'm not technically very smart but i think the block is full so we haven't got paid.. i just want to know how long it will take for our transaction get completed . A time line will help
