Moved sia from polo to bitter

I transferred from Poloniex on the 9th. It shows as complete in poloniex but I still haven't receive the funds. When I search the hash number on explore.sia.tech I get the error "Hash not Found in Database". I opened a ticket with polo but still waiting on a reply from them. Let me know if you get any more info on this.

@bryan so there is something wrong with sia i have sent the coins to the right address which worked the daybefore ... how can transactions work randomly ? there is a fundamental problem here .Sending tokens from one address to another is the most basic functions of any crypto coins i should not fe facing this issue and you'll have still not offered me any solution

@lapras so i just need to post the txid on the explorer page where it says block height/ hash right? when i do it says hash not found in database..

@champitoutx yes, the Txid into "Search by Hash". That's what I'm getting. It doesn't look like the tx was recorded on the blockchain. I read somewhere on the sia forum it's possible polo can resubmit the withdrawal maybe? The funds cannot just disappear right?

@champitoutx it isn't Sia. It is polo failing to submit the transaction. Which is why your hash isn't being found.

@bryan have you heard any feedback from users that polo has been working to resolve this, or making any effort to?

@lapras I hadn't spoke to anyone directly. I think some transactions are going through just fine by accident. They have been given a solution. Whether they are trying to implement it or not I do not know. I would assume it would be a lot of work to gather all the transactions they needed to fix.

Just found out that they are in fact working on it. Polo hasn't put much effort into on their end to help resolve the issue in the mean time.

My funds just came in from polo today. It took 3 days. I hope everyone else will receive theirs.
