Issues withdraw Sia coin
-
Same has happened to me. An SC withdrawal from polo on the 9th. Still no deposit and the Txid does not exist on the block explorer. I submitted a ticket with polo but no answer yet.

I am having a similar issue. I initiated a transfer from polo to sia wallet on 6/10/17.
address:
556dbf7b3cc648344cdf658cfef9e7a0a9f55f401788020d578577ce6f4ba4b5a4fd65656fe7
txid:
3c4a2f97139ab935bf457e84a0c9d7ca875419400c380f0c89407f5459b37b93Siacoins are not showing in my balance. When I search 'wallet addresses' in the terminal, the address it was sent to is not populating. Prior to sending from Polo, I had verified the address I sent it to. Steps I have taken: I have uninstalled and reinstalled siaUI, added seed wallet, and resynced to no avail. What steps do you recommend I take in order to reclaim my siacoins?

my transaction has 4 days and still not showing on my destination wallet from poloniex and poloniex shows transaction completed and the txid cannot find it anywhere.

It looks like Sia is looking into this.

@lomax I've read that thread. It doesn't appear to explain my particular issue of not locating the wallet address I sent my siacoins to on the blockchain. As I stated, when I use 'wallet address' in the terminal, it doesn't pull up the address I sent my coins to (and is also recorded in my polo exchange history). Is this an issue with polo or with siaUI? I made sure to verify the address prior to sending, yet it currently does not register that 1) the wallet I sent it to exists 2) that any transaction to that particular wallet address occurred.
On my end, I would like to know what else I can do proactively to both verify my transaction occurred, and that my coins are in my wallet address. Any help/assistance would be greatly appreciated.

@jokerswild ah ok. Do you see all of the other addresses that have been previously created and just not this one address?
-
@lomax Only two wallet addresses appear. These addresses are ones that were most recently created after reinstall of the siaUI, uploading my wallet seed, and selecting the 'receive siacoin' button.
Is it an issue that I had not fully synced with the blockchain (was around 99%) prior to generating the wallet address to send the siacoin?

@bryan Yes, i withdraw from poloniex. Please help me.
thanks

@jokerswild I would think the address would be visible but if the blockchain was not fully synced and it was a recent transaction of course the balance wouldn't be updated. Do you have this wallet as a duplicate on another host?
But no it shouldn't matter when the address was created during the syncing of the blockchain.
-
@jokerswild also, has the the sia-ui fully synced yet?
-
@lomax No, this wallet is not, to my knowledge, duplicated on another host. I thought the same thing, but the UI is currently fully synced (current block height: 109332) and I am still unable to locate any information regarding my sending of coins to the wallet (for example, was not able to find my txid on explore.sia.tech).
Another thread mentions performing a rescan with the seed, yet doesn't really outline the process. Is there an outline of how I might go about doing this? And, are there any other steps I might take to validate the transaction/secure my coins? Thanks
