Lost coins

I sent 6650 coins to my wallet using the recieve SC generator from Poleniex. The coins never arrived. In my transaction history with Polenienx it shows the transaction was confirmed.

I have the same problem , they should disable the deposit withdraw as they did before , Sia support should look into this as is serious matter .....they point is , I cannot withdraw sia so if I want to cash in I have to change it with another currency which is not really good if you previously invested many btc

Txid does not exist if you search it , transaction confirmed , coin deducted but never arrived ....seems to me a serious problem don`t you think ??

@stefanoste or you could just leave it in polo. It is serious problem. Polo was given a fix but I think is yet to apply it.

I appreciate your advice but is not a solution , you should communicated with them and also tell them to disable the withdraw and deposit till they apply the fix ...and if they did already (which you dont know as far as I can understand ) you should look into and find a suitable solution because me like all the other may be in the same situation don`t feel really good

So what should I expect? An eventual deposit to arrive in my Sia wallet? I put a ticket in with POLO for support.

Polo needs to fix their end but Sia is aware of the issue.

@zorro5000 how long did it take for your transaction to arrive total time line since you made the request and for what amount if you dont mind me asking
