I wanted to try the service by buying few SC worth of storage, but the minimum is 1000 because of the fee.

Is that normal. That's like $20. Why would a user use Sia storage if the price is even more expensive than dropbox(which allows free space to try it out)?

Also Are you planning in future to give free gigabytes for trying the service?

In the future I believe it'll adjust to price fluctuating better. The minimum fee is also for bandwidth and you get back what you don't use if that helps.

the 1000 sc just for minimum balance.. for USD$2 per 1TB its stil very cheap...

i think 1000 siacoin it set before the coin price increased... i hope they can reduce it since the coin has increased so much...

I've obsered the same... The networkin fees does not reflect the current price of the SIA coin, mankin fees seem high!!

I don't think the price of the storage service matters right now, everything is a mess, transactions are getting stuck everywhere, on exchanges on personal wallets or sia ui. before the project get to the next level the core software and network itself needs a 100% improvement.
