Will I continue paying even if I don't use my hosting space?

I created some contracts mainly to test it out, but am wondering if I'll continue paying if I don't have anything hosted by anyone?

How can I get the unspent, but allocated coins back?

@Surfinite The unspent will be returned to you after I believe 6 weeks. If you delete your hosted files it should stop deducting.
