Transfering from Coinspot to SIA Wallet

Having an issue transferring my coins from Coinspot to my SIA wallet. I follow all the steps to send the coins and on Coinspot it sits in a pending state for around 2 hours and then when it finally updates it shows as a failed transaction and all my coins show back up in my Coinspot account.

I have tried closing and restarting the SIA client. After it finishes syncing the coins still don't show up in my wallet.

I have contacted Coinspot support and they say the following:

"Hi,

We are experiencing delays with the Siacoin which is out of our control.

The transfer can be cancelled or we would need to be patient for it to go through.

Apologies for the inconvenience."

I am just wanting to double check there is actually an issue transferring coins to wallets (similar to Poloniex issue) or if Coinspot are mistaken and the issue is actually at their end.
