I would like my nanopool payment to go directly to my wallet, is it possible?

I'm having trouble understanding the problem. But the address that it gives you can keep being used. You can also mine directly to poloniex.

You don't need to go through an exchange, you can instruct the miner to send siacoins directly to your wallet, just change the wallet address.
