Auto-prolongation/re-sign of file contracts?

For example, I want to store file for 20 years. If I'd want it to be stored for 6 months it would be ok to rely on 30-40 hosts to store it. But I doubt that the same amount of hosts is reliable in a long term. I even doubt that increasing amount of hosts would solve the problem. Is there any solution for this problem without involving the renter (me) to re-upload files on a new fresh hosts after certain period of time to keep the number of live hosts that store the file constant?
