Bittrex Wallet Maintenance?

Anybody else have the same problem on Bittrex?

Hopped onto Bittrex exchange cause of the issues people had with Polo. Now it seems like Bittrex has the same problem with wallet maintenance with a bunch of my siacoins in there.

Sent an email to bittrex and was given a generic response directed to their faq.
