HELP, Transaction Lost (NOT Poloniex!)

I sent ~3,000 SC from Bittrex to my wallet, and even though it is fully synced, I have a balance of '0' in my wallet even after the transaction has been marked as completed.

I'm also not sure if it's relevant, but when I input the txID into the explorer, it says that the hash is not found in the database; here's the txid for reference: c18c802a3a3793e2569e2397dbfdcc95aa6256ea4b8657dc3c1b80e868f9fa82

We are in touch with Bittrex, for now please submit a support request with them. This may be an issue similar to Poloniex, or the network may be especially congested today.
