Problem unlocking desktop wallet

Hello,
I downloaded sia wallet in my windows 10 pc last week, after synchronize it in the blockchain I've been trying to unlock the wallet to make a deposit. I got this message after write my key to unlock it. "Unlocking your wallet, this take a while (up to several minutes)" I let the wallet open overnight and still does not unlock. (15+ hrs since) What can I do. Thanks for your help.

restart the Sia- UI host- and try again. If you havent already done that.
