Where can we find support to get those scammers in jail?

Lawyers and Police and then a jury or judge can usually help with getting scammers in jail. But I don't see where there are scammers in that Polo story?
Sia is highly experimental technology, and you should only use it with as much money that you can afford to lose without second though. There's a not insignificant chance that some of the parties in the ecosystem get something wrong and break something that can lead to your money being lost temporarily or permanently.
If that bothers you, then Sia is not for you yet, IMHO.
