error announcing host -- the old pesky double nat scenerio?

what does this mean ?
could be a pesky double NAT that I have not been able to fix?

You must announce your host for it to be seen on the node network. If your NAT and UPNP settings are not setup- then you may get a host of msgs... and also unable to announce because the host is not on the network.
