When the poloniex will fix up the SC wallet?

As we know,many polo user face the same question that our withdraw completed with a fake txid.the ticket hasn't been responsed over 10 days.So I don't think the support will help us.I wonder if they know this issue already.OK ,let's talk about the situation and news.Anyone whose SC is back can talk to us.We just discuss the solution of POLO.thanks

@wadelyyy As I know, the problem is already fixed by Sia, we're just waiting for Polo, but they are extremely overloaded. So it would be nice if Sia hurry them up, or at least, try to retrieve the ETA from them )
