How payment is calculated for small files

    Currently I have only 2Mb in the 1TB allocated space, will i get charged for 1TB for 2Mb?

    Another thing, it says when allocating fees are not refundable, I ordered 1000 SC and fee is around 500 SC, that means even if i do not use space that much I i have to sacrifice 500 SC?
