Allowance allocated not recovered from seed

    I installed and tried to recover only the credit balance got recovered not the 5000 allocated. Again im spending 1000 for allocated.

    This is what happened first I installed in my desktop then i wanted to install on my laptop , so i copied everything and pasted there. I could not see the right balance in my laptop so i removed the wallet database and recovered using the seed. After that balance was ok but not still the allocated 5000 for file storing contracts

    Update: The new 1000 allocated is the only thing that show in my laptop for file contracts. That means i can do 1000 SC in laptop and 5000 in desktop as separate entities?

    If that is the case i wont be able to recover the cloud files if i dont have the computer i used before even though i have the seed???
