Is it possible to recover a wallet with just the Sia Wallet Encrypted Backup Seed file?
My saved written backup of the seed/passphrase was corrupted.

No that shouldn't be possible. But if you remember some of the seed words then you can try to adjust btrecover for your needs. Good luck!
