Sia coin withdrawal from Polo - issues

Polo has disabled deposit/withdrawal on Sia, looks like they begin to troubleshoot the issue

Anyone seeing any progress here on this? I've not got a response from the Polo help desk; hash is still not found on the database and, despite a wallet upgrade to 1.2.2, I'm no closer to having my SC back!

Hoping there are better news stories out there.

Hello,i have the same issue.Tried to withdraw just 1000 siacoins for a test,because i dont want to send all my balance if it's not working,and i don't want them to be lost in the network.
Tried the new version of the Wallet 1.2.2 and still waiting.

Also can someone tell me how to check the Poloniex transcation id they gave me? It says the withdraw its Completed there.
When i copy the txid and paste it on https://explore.sia.tech/ "Search by Hash" field,it gives me this message: Hash not found in Database.

Am i doing something wrong and what's going on,thank god i didn't withdraw everything?

@random123 you're not doing anything wrong. It's not found in the database because polo hasn't actually sent the funds yet.

So then all siacoin withdraws on Poloniex are delayed or what ? I don't get it why would show it as Completed .

POLO is a crappy exchange go to Bittrex is you want consistent usability with no drama. POLO MOD just stated the SC is down for maintenance on their site. Works fine on Bittrex.

My withdrawal status is complete, but my blance is zero, txid is not Found.
This is my Withdraw information:
